Funding  

The Funding Access section provides a support programme for the whole of the funding spectrum from Fund Managers, to Funding Advisors through to individuals and organisations which seek funding through grants, loans, contracts and trading. 

East Midlands Funding Forum

The East Midlands Funding Forum which is an information training and support network for Funders is hosted within the Funding Access Section and is managed by the Funding Executive employed by REM. The Funders’ Forum provides opportunities for Funders to meet together to share ideas, discuss and learn about funding policy and disseminate information at quarterly Funders network meetings.

Funding Index

If people are searching for funding then the Funding Index managed and maintained by the Funding Access section is an invaluable resource for identifying potential funding opportunities. The Funding Index is designed to provide a snapshot of Funders that will support community based projects and initiatives that are delivered within the East Midlands region.

Training services

The Funding Access section delivers a range of training opportunities and events for the following groups

1.    Funders who wish to improve their grant making practice
2.    Funding Advice Workers
3.    People who work for organisations who wish to improve their chances of receiving funding in terms of grants, loans, sponsorship, contracts, trading, etc.
4.    Community and voluntary organisations which wish to become more financially sustainable

East Midlands Funding Advice Network (EMFAN)
