Regeneration East Midlands is structured so as to:
• Bring together a range of complimentary regeneration focussed services in a cost effective way which simplifies access to them.
• To provide strategic added value to a range of stakeholders by providing them with a single point of access to the regeneration sector.
• To give a strong voice to communities and professionals with an interest in regeneration
• To allow partners to work with us in a variety of flexible working arrangements to develop innovative solutions to regeneration needs
REM is a charity and Company Limited by Guarantee.
Membership – Any individual or organisation with an interest in regeneration and our four key areas of work (Skills, Design, Funding, Intelligence) may become a member of REM.
Steering Groups – bring together key stakeholders and members to support us to deliver work programmes and develop strategy in our key areas of work. Steering groups have been established for: Intelligence and Funding.

There is also a Board for the Urban Partnership Group which is represented on REM’s Board.
Board of Management – is comprised of the Chief Executive, the chairs of steering groups and representatives of key stakeholders and funders.
