Welcome to

Regeneration East Midlands (REM)

Regeneration East Midlands is the regional centre of excellence for sustainable communities in the East Midlands.

Our mission is to lead the way in developing skills, improving knowledge, sharing good practice and promoting innovation to improve all aspects of social and physical regeneration in the region.  We work with the full diversity of communities and practitioners in the East Midlands.

We provide a range of services to support those working in any aspect of regeneration across the region. We

• Identify and promote examples of innovation and good practice.
• Influence the policy agenda and provide opportunities for debate.
• Provide opportunities for learning and skills development.
• Broker and support partnerships and networks.
• Gather, interpret and disseminate information to a wide audience using a variety of methods.
• Provide expert advice and guidance.
• Engage with the full range of organisations, communities and individuals across the region.

REM brings together the activities of Intelligence (IEM), Design (Opun), Funding (EMFF), and a resource for Skills development.
